Home Health Aide

Our Home Health Aides help elderly individuals live independently by assisting with their daily living needs, providing housekeeping, laundry services, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and running errands, to help make their lives easier and satisfying.

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Our CNAs provide the direct health care and assistance that in-home patients need to remain independent, such as moving or turning patients who are confined to bed, checking vital signs that include heart rate and blood pressure, feeding patients and documenting their food and liquid intake, and more.

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Nurse Aide

Our Nurse Aids are deeply involved in our elderly patients’ lives and assist them with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, oral care, taking vitals, helping patients walk and exercise, as well as other aspects of their daily routine.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Our licensed practical nurses provide in-home care for our elderly or homebound patients. Working with our RNs, they develop patient care plans, monitor patient health and vital signs, administer medications, and injections, and many other health care services.

RN (Registered Nurse)

Our RNs are skilled, experienced professionals who provide exceptional in-home care to our clients. They conduct patient assessments and create patient care plans, draw blood and urine samples, record the patient’s medical history and symptoms, administer wound care, as well as perform other critical diagnostic procedures and devise treatment strategies.

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, overseeing our administrative functions, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing and evaluating employee performance, and developing human resource policies, programs, and practices.

Office Manager

The Office Manager’s duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, organizing and supervising all day to day office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, managing correspondence, assigning and monitoring clerical functions, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, everything to maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.

Client Relations Manager

The Client Relations Manager’s function is to establish, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with our clients, patients, and their families, and to resolve any issues that may arise so as to ensure our clients’ complete satisfaction with our in-home care services.

Companion Role

Our Companion’s role is to provide compassionate companionship and assistance to our in-home care clients as needed. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, preparation of meals, assistance with feeding and clean-up, general housekeeping, general conversation, assistance with social events, mail, and bills, arrange appointments and accompany the client as needed.
